Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Everybodyexistence Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will review it, which may include contacting the provider. We will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state consumer protection agency, your attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
